In 1999, Talemetry founder and recruitment industry pioneer Jade Bourelle created one of the first applicant tracking systems, built from the ground up to be delivered as a cloud-based system. As the recruiting industry evolved, the company developed specialized technology for resume parsing, resume search, and job posting.

After years of organic growth and several acquisitions, the company’s current recruitment marketing platform launched in 2011. By 2013, the company and its products were unified under the Talemetry brand. Now leading the industry in recruitment marketing platform technology, Talemetry has continued to introduce new innovations to the market, while simplifying results for our global customer base.

Meet Talemetry Leadership

Jade Bourelle brings 25 years of executive management and innovative solution building in the recruiting and training industry to Talemetry. Previously, he founded TeleSkill, and is the Chairman of Mindfield Group. As co-founder and CEO, Jade has worked to build Talemetry into one of the largest HR enterprise recruitment software solution providers in the industry.

Peter Clare brings over 12 years of account, product, and technology start-up experience in Human Capital Management. In addition to having vast experience in product management, services, account management, and sales, Peter served as Vice President, Sales at, a company that helped pioneer the idea of talent generation software. He also was the founder of DigABand, a service for independent musicians before rejoining Talemetry.

Paul Lancaster has over 25 years of experience in growth technology organizations, including TSX and NASDAQ financings, strategic partner negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, internal and external financial reporting, corporate communications, global privacy law, information technology, and legal compliance. During his career, he has been involved in raising over $1 billion from public and strategic investors. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Juris Doctor degree.

Sudipta Ghose is a senior level professional with more than 20 years of experience in software development. As Vice President, Product  Sudipta is responsible for hosting, QA, dev ops, IT, and technology direction and strategy for products. He has held progressively more responsible positions at Talemetry since 2004. Prior to Talemetry, Sudipta led a team of developers for Top Producer Systems. He holds a BE, Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Silchar.

Pete Sanidas has over 15 years of sales and sales leadership success in the media and technology industries. Having spent the last decade in the recruitment marketing arena, Pete leads the Talemetry enterprise sales team, demand generation team and integrated marketing team in developing tailored solutions and attracting new customers globally. He is passionate about bringing modern marketing best practices and efficiency to the corporate recruiting world, and is a well-known thought leader and speaker in the industry.

Andrew Cunsolo is a passionate technologist with extensive experience helping companies solve sourcing and recruitment marketing challenges, and improving the candidate experience. He serves as Vice President, Development at Talemetry, creating solutions for sourcing, career sites, candidate apply, and job posting with a focus on partner integrations. Andrew holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Guelph. He is also the President of the HR Open Standards Consortium.

Kerry Officer brings over 22 years of HCM technology solutions and services expertise spanning both the public and private sector. Kerry combines strategic business, technology and integrations expertise to lead and support Talemetry customers in successful implementations varying in size from small start-ups to large international corporations. Prior to Talemetry, she was the founding director of the HCM practice of a very successful ERP consulting services firm.

Stephen Schwander began his recruitment career in 1997 as a contingency technical recruiter for Wall Street talent. He has 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including serving as Director Global Operations for Reuters. He has significant talent acquisition operations and enterprise implementation experience with several global clients across manufacturing, telecommunications, technology and finance. Stephen enjoys helping Talemetry clients meet today’s recruitment sourcing and marketing challenges.

Terry Hibbert has 25 years of progressive Human Resources and Financial Operations management experience in the technology industry. She has lead Human Resources for Talemetry for over 10 years. She is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Kerry Gilliam has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and currently serves as Director of Marketing at Talemetry. She is passionate about crafting solutions that solve real-world business problems and supporting them with go-to market strategies. During her career, she has held product marketing leadership roles at PeopleFluent, and customer support, product management and marketing leadership positions for financial and HCM enterprise software at Infor. She holds an MBA and is also PMP certified.

Kerry Gilliam

Zorica Despotovic joined Talemetry in 2007 and is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of all software products at Talemetry. She has more than 20 years of experience in all phases of software development cycle, including comprehensive test plans development and execution, test automation, process improvement and people management. She holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Belgrade.
